Registration cancellations & refunds terms & conditions

The cancellation and refund conditions below are valid only for individual registrations.

For group registrations requested by partner companies / travel agencies, the general terms and conditions of cancellation / refunds are specified in the promoting services offer, as well as in the services contract, documents provided by the company PCO - Ralcom Exhibitions srl.

Registration cancellation before 31 July 2020:

The Organizers will withhold the amount of 50 EURO (VAT included) / participant from the registration fee, except for students, for whom there will be no charge.

Registration cancellation starting with 01 August 2020:

There will be no refunding of the registration fees.

Registration fee refunds

The amount corresponding to the cancelled registration fees (according to the cancellation policies mentioned above) will be reimbursed by the Organizers in maximum 30 (thirty) days after the event has ended.
