Abstracts Evaluation

The scientific abstracts submitted withing the deadline using the online form will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee of the National Psychiatry Conference 2020.

The evaluation process will begin once the abstract submission deadline has been reached (01 August 2020).

PRESENTATION TYPE

Conference participants are invited to select their preference for their papers' presentation type when filling in the online abstract submission form. Authors may choose to register their papers as oral presentations/e-Posters, they may register one or more symposium/workshop or decide to register all types of presentations.

For an optimal structure of the scientific program, please note that there may be changes in the presentation types selected by the participants, the final decision regarding the presentation type allotted to each paper (oral communication or e-Poster) belonging exclusively to the Scientific Committee.

EVALUATION RESULTS

After finalizing the evaluation process, the results will be communicated via e-mail to all participants that have submitted papers. The notification will be sent on the e-mail address of the person that submitted the online abstract submission form.

If the contact person is not the same as the presenting author, please send the notification received from the Organizers to the person designated to present the paper.

Depending on the presentation type allotted to your paper(s), you will receive a set of guidelines on how to prepare and present your paper.

PRESENTING AUTHORS / SPEAKERS / CHAIRPERSONS

All accepted abstracts will be presented during the Conference by presenting authors registered no later than 01 August 2020.

If the presenting author of an oral presentation/e-Poster or the speakers/chairpersons of a symposium/workshop cannot attend the event, they must delegate and announce a replacement by sending a written notification in due time to the event management, at rezumate@congrespsihiatrie.ro.
