EUGEN HRISCU

Specialist psychiatrist, psychotherapist and manager of the prevention and treatment programs developed by the non-governmental organisation ALIAT for Mental Health.

Eugen Hriscu has almost 20 years of experience in developing outpatient programs for people who are addicted to alcohol or drugs (opioids), developing primary prevention programs as well as training programs for health specialists working with addicted individuals and their families. Currently working in the private practice, at Clinica ALIAT, Bucharest.
