daciana toma
She is a family
medicine doctor in in Bucharest and an instructor-trainer in family medicine.
She is the
secretary of the National Society of Family Medicine (SNMF), member of the
executive office of the Association of Family Physicians of Bucharest (AMFB),
coordinator of SNMF the Diabetes Working.
Her passion for
family medicine and her belief in the importance of this specialty in the
community, led her to get involved in numerous projects, dedicated to both
family doctors and patients.
Because she
understood that most chronic pathologies also have an important mental
component, which will at some point complicate the evolution of the disease,
psychiatric pathology was an area of concern for Dr. Daciana Toma. The family
doctor must know and recognize those special nuances with which the psychiatric
pathology affects (if tit exists) the patient.
