Registration fees – face to face event

Registration to the Romanian Psychiatry Congress will be done exclusively online.

Participants who are on the companies' / agencies' group lists have the obligation to personally fill in the online registration form and to express their agreement / disagreement regarding the personal data processing. If agreement will not be offered in the registration form, the group participants will be unable to attend the event, to receive information about CNP 2022, with the Organizers being unable to submit the necessary information to the Romanian College of Physicians | The Order of Nurses, Midwives and Medical Assistants in Romania, as applicable, for issuing the certificate of accreditation.

The registration fees below are valid for the face to face participation, at Grand Hotel Napoca. They include access to the onsite venue, Grand Hotel Napoca, as well as access to the v-CNP 2022 virtual platform & smartphone app.

All registration fees includ VAT 19%.

* Members are considered those participants who can prove the payment of R.A.P.P. membership fee for the current year. A copy of the payment for the membership fee will be attached to the online registration form.

Important notice: Considering the provisions of Law no. 95/2006, Art. 875, as well as of the Order 194/2006, Art. 4.20, medical students and social workers from psychiatry domain will not have access neither to the medical exhibition nor to the conference rooms where the satellite symposia of the companies are taking place (in face to face & virtual format).

The participant's registration (physician member & non-member of

R.A.P.P., retired physician member & non-member of R.A.P.P., resident

member & non-member of R.A.P.P., psychologist, other medical specialties

related to psychotherapy) fee includes:

(1) Access in the Congress venue – Grand Hotel Napoca; (2) Name badge & mini-brochure with the scientific program; (3) Access to the online platform hosting CNP 2022 and to the Congress smartphone app; (4) Digital materials of the event; (5) Access to the onsite exhibition & virtual partners area, excluding the registration categories social worker related to mental health and medical student; (6) Electronic participation document with CME credits.

The registration fee for medical nurse & medical student (without CME credit) includes:

(1) Access in the Congress venue – Grand Hotel Napoca, excluding the exhibition area access and access in the conference rooms during the companies satellit symposia; (2) Name badge & mini-brochure with the scientific program; (3) Access to the online platform hosting CNP 2022 and to the Congress smartphone app, excluding the companies satellit symposia sessions and Partners area; (4) Digital materials of the event; (5) Electronic participation document without CME credits.

Access to the conference halls

Depending on the national provisions in force at the time of the event, there may be a limitation on the number of participants for the physical format (face to face), as well as conditions applied when accessing the conference rooms (e.g. presentation of the green certificate, presentation of evidence of passing through the disease, wearing a surgical mask during the entire participation in the Congress, scanning the body temperature at the entrance to the location, etc.).

In case of restrictions on the maximum number of people in the location, the access will be made according to the "first come, first served" principle, until the maximum number of people / room allowed by the authorities is reached.

The Organizers are constantly monitoring the situation generated by the pandemic, both nationally and internationally, being prepared to transition the CNP 2022 events into an exclusively virtual format, in accordance with the limitations imposed by the national legislation and the decision of the Romanian Association of Psychiatry and Psychotherapy.

Change of attendance option

The change of the participation option from the physical format (face to face) to the exclusively virtual format can be done until June 15, 2022. The refund of the fee difference will be made within 30 days from the end of the CNP 2022 events.
