Cancellations & refunds
Registration cancellation before 01 May 2022
The organizers, through the PCO company, will withhold from the paid registration fee the amount of:
- €50 (VAT included) / physicians & psychologists & other specialties related to mental health
- €30 (VAT included) / resident & medical nurse (with CME credits)
- €15 (VAT included) / student & nurse (medical & social without CME credits)
Registration cancellation starting with 02 May 2022
No refunds of the registration fees will be made.
Registration fee refunds
The amount corresponding to the cancelled registration fees (according to the cancellation policies mentioned above) will be reimbursed by the Organizers in maximum 30 (thirty) days after the event has ended.

The cancellation and refund conditions presented above are valid only for individual registrations.
For group registrations requested by partner companies / travel agencies, the general terms and conditions of cancellation / refunds are specified in the promoting services offer, as well as in the services contract, documents provided by the PCO company - Ralcom Exhibitions srl.
