e-Posters Guidelines

If your abstract has been accepted by the Scientific Committee as an e-Poster, you are kindly asked to design the electronic poster according to the guidelines presented below.

Please send your e-Poster in a .PDF format no later than Wednesday, 15 June 2022 by e-mail at rezumate@congrespsihiatrie.ro

1. e-Posters (.PDF) will be available throughout the event in the v-CNP 2022 virtual platform & smartphone application, in the e-Posters Gallery section, to be viewed & downloaded.
Participants will be able to ask questions in the Discussion Forum section. Presenters will have the opportunity to answer throughout the event.

2. The authors will present in front of the Evaluation Committee during the lunch breaks of the event in the Exhibition Area dedicated to e-Posters. The authors will be able to present online, via Zoom, or face-to-face, at Grand Hotel Napoca. The dedicated time for an e-Poster presentation is 5 minutes, while the discussions will take place at the end of the session.

e-Poster guidelines and recommendations

Mandatory format: PDF
Mandatory orientation: LANDSCAPE
Mandatory size: Width: 20 inch (50.8 cm, 1920 px), Height: 11.25 inch (28.57 cm, 1080 px)
It is recommended that you organize your content in the following sections: Introduction and objectives, Material and method, Results, Conclusions
Recommended fonts: Arial, Calibri, Times New Roman
Recommended title font size: 20 pt.
Recommended content font size: 14 pt.
Maximum accepted size: 20mb / e-Poster
For a better visibility, it is recommended that you use bright fonts on a darker background.
To enhance the quality of your presentation, it is recommended that you insert graphics and photos to sustain the content of your paper.
