Raluca Bălan is a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy, “Babeș-Bolyai” University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
Her research focuses on the mechanisms involved in bullying behaviors as well as on the use of technology in delivering psychological evidence-based interventions among children and adolescents.
She is currently leading a research project aiming at developing a conversational agent (chatbot) for assessment and delivering a tailored intervention for adolescents’ victims of bullying.
