Primary psychiatrist working at "Prof. Dr. Alexandru Obregia" Clinical Hospital of Psychiatry, Bucharest, where he is the head doctor of the department. He is the National Coordinator of the National Mental Health Program, the Subprogram for Drug Addicts. He worked with patients with addictions both at "Prof. Dr. Alexandru Obregia" Clinical Hospital of Psychiatry, Bucharest and at Rahova Penitentiary Hospital.
For about 7 years, he has been collaborating, on behalf of the hospital, with the Special Operations Office of the Bucharest Police, in situations of negotiation with people with self and hetero-aggressive potential.
Areas of interest: emergency psychiatry, schizophrenia, emotional disorders, addictions (especially technology addiction).
