Florentina Lincă is a graduate of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of University of Bucharest and in 2019 she obtained the scientific title of Doctor in Education Sciences.

Also, Florentina Lincă has 4 years of experience working with students with ADHD and participates in research projects aimed at supporting children with mental health problems, holding the position of scientific researcher at “Prof. Dr. Alexandru Obregia” Clinical Hospital of Psychiatry Bucharest.
