Dr. Diana Loreta Păun (b. 1968) is a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine and Doctor of Medicine of the "Carol Davila" University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest. She is a endocrinologist, MD and associate professor at the Endocrinology Discipline of the "Carol Davila" University of Medicine and Pharmacy.
She worked at the "C.I. Parhon" National Institute of Endocrinology as a doctor, researcher, teacher, and during the period 2006-2015 as a manager. She holds a certificate of complementary studies in Health Services Management and she has graduated the "Management of Public Health and Health Services" master's program.
Dr. Diana Loreta Păun was appointed State Councilor on June 1, 2015, and on December 23, 2019 she was appointed Presidential Adviser.
