Assoc. Prof. Dr. Andreea Teodorescu, is a graduate of "Iuliu Haţieganu" University of Medicine and Pharmacy Cluj-Napoca, class of 2003. She is a primary psychiatrist at the Clinical Hospital of Psychiatry and Neurology in Brașov.

Since 2014 she is a Doctor of Medical Sciences at "Iuliu Haţieganu" University of Medicine and Pharmacy Cluj-Napoca.

She is the author and co-author of 5 specialized volumes and of over 20 scientific papers published in the country and abroad.

Areas of interest in research are behavioral sciences, anxiety disorders, dementia, depression and psychopharmacology. She has participated as a speaker at international and national conferences dedicated to schizophrenia, cognitive disorders and affective disorders.

She is involved as a Principal Investigator in International Clinical Trials in Psychiatry. She is the National Language Expert for monitoring the quality of evaluation in clinical trials.
