Ana-aliana miron

Ana Aliana Miron graduated the Faculty of Medicine, general medicine profile at “Iuliu Hațieganu” Medicine and Pharmacy University in Cluj-Napoca. She followed the residency in Psychiatry, initially in Cluj-Napoca and then in Brașov. She is currently a senior psychiatrist. She has been working at the Psychiatry and Neurology Hospital of Brașov since 2011, initially as a psychiatry specialist, and since 2022 as Chief Physician of the Psychiatry II Department. She is passionate about the clinical aspects of psychiatry, especially the major psychiatric pathology, but also about scientific research. She is currently also a doctoral student in the field of Medicine at the Transilvania University of Brașov, with a research topic in her doctoral thesis related to the treatment of schizophrenia. She has collaborated in several international multicenter clinical trials in the domains of bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. She is the author and contributor to several scientific articles that have been published in specialized journals.
