Registration fees
Registration to The Romanian Robotic & Metabolic Surgery Days 2024 will be done exclusively online, by filling in the registration form available below and selecting the appropriate registration option.
The Romanian Robotic & Metabolic Surgery Days 2024 will include two main events: The Robotic Surgery Symposium (held on 14 November) and The Metabolic Surgery Symposium (held on 15 November).
Participants will have the possibility to register just for one event or for both symposia. They will be able to make that selection in Step 3 of the online registration form linked below.

All registration fees include VAT 19%.
* Members are considered those participants who can prove the payment for the current year for the membership fee of any organizing society, respectively The Romanian Association for Endoscopic Surgery and Other Interventional Techniques, The Romanian Society of Metabolic Surgery, The Romanian Robotic Surgery Club and The European Association of Endoscopic Surgery (EAES).

The registration fee for physicians includes:
(1) Access to the event venue for the event(s) chosen in the online form; (2) Badge & eco-friendly participation kit, mini-brochure with scientific program overview; (3) Access to the specialized medical exhibition; (4) Access to coffee breaks; (5) Access to the Events smartphone application; (6) Electronic participation document with CME credits issued by authorized institutions. The number of CME credits will be allotted according to the registration option (one or two days pass).
The registration fee for students includes:
(1) Access to the event venue for the event(s) chosen in the online form; (2) Badge
& eco-friendly participation kit, mini-brochure with scientific
program overview; (3) Access to the specialized medical exhibition; (4)
Access to coffee breaks; (5) Access to
the Events smartphone application; (6) Electronic participation
document without CME credits.
Note:
Participants who are on the companies / agencies group lists have the obligation to personally fill in the online registration form and to express their agreement / disagreement regarding the personal data processing. If agreement will not be offered in the registration form, the group participants will be unable to attend the event, to receive information about the Romanian Robotic & Metabolic Surgery Days 2024, with the Organizers being unable to submit the necessary information to the authorized accreditation institutions.
