1. Registration fees

Please see below the registration fees, categories and deadlines.

The Romanian Robotic & Metabolic Surgery Days 2024 will include two main events: The Robotic Surgery Symposium (held on 14 November) and The Metabolic Surgery Symposium (held on 15 November).

Participants will have the possibility to register just for one event or for both symposia. To select your registration category, please go to the next step of the form.

All registration fees include VAT 19%.

* Members are considered those participants who can prove the payment for the current year for the membership fee of any organizing society, respectively: The Romanian Association of Endoscopic Surrgery and Other Interventional Techniques, The Romanian Society of Metabolic Surgery, The Romanian Surgery Club.

2. Cancellations, refunds. Change / replacement of a participant

Registration cancellation before 15 September 2024
The Organizers will withhold the amount of 50 Euro (VAT included) / participant (members & non-members) from the registration fee, with the exception of students, for whom no penalty will be applied.

Registration cancellation starting with 16 September 2024:
There will be no refunding of the registration fees.

Registration fee refunds
The amount corresponding to the cancelled registration fees (according to the cancellation policies mentioned above) will be reimbursed by the Organizers in maximum 60 (sixty) days after the event has ended.

Change / replacement of a participant
• Deadline for participant’s change or replacement: 30 September 2024; after this date, no other changes / replacements will be accepted.
• The Organizers will charge 20 EURO (VAT included) / participant.
• The registered participant shall inform the PCO – Ralcom Exhibitions srl on the cancellation / change / replacement by sending an e-mail at registration@arcecongres.ro.

3. CME Credits
Credits for Physicians
An application for accreditation will be sent to The Romanian College of Physicians. The number of CME credits granted by the institution to the event will be announced on the event website once the information is provided.

Registration Fees

The registration fees are stated in EUR. The payment for the registration fees will be made in RON, according to the BNR exchange rate available on the day of the payment.

The registration fee for physicians includes:
(1) Access to the event venue for the event(s) chosen in the online form; (2) Badge & eco-friendly participation kit, mini-brochure with scientific program overview; (3) Access to the specialized medical exhibition; (4) Access to coffee breaks; (5) Access to social evening(s), according to the registration option (one or two days pass); (6) Access to the Events smartphone application; (7) Electronic participation document with CME credits issued by authorized institutions. The number of CME credits will be allotted according to the registration option (one or two days pass).

The registration fee for students:
