Change / replacement of a participant

• Deadline for participant’s change or replacement: 30 September 2024; after this date, no other changes / replacements will be accepted.

• The Organizers will charge 20 EURO (VAT included / participant (with the exception of students, for whom no penalty will be applied).

• The registered participant shall inform the PCO - Ralcom Exhibitions srl on the cancellation / change / replacement by sending an e-mail at registration@arcecongres.ro
