 Course objectives:

• To focus on technical aspects of MIS bariatric and metabolic surgery procedures;
• To obtain favorable outcomes and prevent postoperative complications;
• To provide indications for surgical treatment and discuss the intraoperative operative complications;
• To improve surgical skills in bariatric surgery during hands-on sessions. The surgical practice uses anatomical specimens and animal models under expert tutorial.
