SORIN-DUMITRU ALDOESCU

He graduated from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest in 2001 and completed his surgical residency at the “Dr. I. Cantacuzino” Clinical Hospital in Bucharest in 2007 and was promoted to Senior Surgeon in 2015. He has always had a great interest in minimally invasive surgery and finished his Ph.D. paper on Minimally Invasive Treatment of Anterior Abdominal Wall Defects in 2015. He has been continuously striving to improve his knowledge and surgical skills and is certified in oncologic and hepato-billio-pancreatic surgery and advanced laparoscopic surgical techniques. In recent years he has constantly developed his skills in minimally invasive treatment of colo-rectal pathology. As of June 2023, he is a certified member of the UEMS European Board of Surgery - Division of Minimally Invasive Surgery.
