Registration cancellation & refunds - terms & conditions

The cancellation and refund conditions below are valid only for individual registrations.

For group registrations requested by partner companies / travel agencies, the general terms and conditions of cancellation / refunds are specified in the promoting services offer, as well as in the services contract, documents provided by the PCO company - Ralcom Exhibitions srl.

Registration cancellation before 15 July 2023:

The Organizers will withhold from the registration fee the amount of:

• 50 Euro (VAT included) / physicians members & non-members
• 30 Euro (VAT included) / residents members & non-members
• No cancellation fee will be applied for medical nurses or students.

Registration cancellation starting with 16 July 2023:

There will be no refunding of the registration fees.

Registration fee refunds

The amount corresponding to the cancelled registration fees (according to the cancellation policies mentioned above) will be reimbursed by the Organizers in maximum 30 (thirty) days after the event has ended.
