e-Posters Guidelines and Recommendations

If your abstract has been accepted by the Scientific Committee as an e-Poster, the presenting author must be registered at the event (by completing the online registration form and paying the registration fee).

The presenting authors are kindly asked to design the electronic poster (in English) according to the guidelines presented below and send it by Friday, 20th of October at speakers@ralcom.ro.

e-Poster guidelines and recommendations

- Mandatory format: PDF & JPG
- Mandatory orientation: PORTRAIT
- Mandatory size: Width: 20 inch (28.57 cm, 1080 px), Height 11.25 inch (50.8 cm, 1920 px)
- It is recommended that you organize your content in the following sections: Introduction and objectives, Material and method, Results, Conclusions
- Recommended fonts: Arial, Calibri, Times New Roman
- Recommended title font size: 20 pt.
- Recommended content font size: 14 pt.
- Maximum accepted size: 20mb / e-Poster
- For a better visibility, it is recommended that you use bright fonts on a darker background.
- To enhance the quality of your presentation, it is recommended that you insert graphics and photos to sustain the content of your paper.

e-Poster presentation

1. e-Posters (.PDF) will be available throughout the event in the e-Posters Area (ground floor). They will also be available in the RAES-ESS 2023 smartphone application, which will be available once the event starts.

2. The presenting authors will present in front of the Evaluation Committee on Wednesday, 01 November, between 16:00 - 16:30, in the e-Posters Area, Crowne Plaza Bucharest, in the dedicated discussion session.

The dedicated time for an e-Poster presentation is 3 minutes.
