Change / replacement of a participant

• Deadline for participant’s change or replacement: 01 October 2023; after this date, no other changes / replacements will be accepted.

• The Organizers will charge 30 EURO (VAT included / participant, except for nurses and students, for whom there will be no charge).

• The registered participant shall inform the PCO company - Ralcom Exhibitions srl on the cancellation / change / replacement by sending an e-mail at registration@raes-ess2023.com
