Registration fees
Participants who are on the companies / agencies group lists have the obligation to personally fill in the online registration form and to express their agreement / disagreement regarding the personal data processing. If agreement will not be offered in the registration form, the group participants will be unable to attend the event, to receive information about ARCE 2022, with the Organizers being unable to submit the necessary information to The Romanian College of Physicians | The Order of Nurses, Midwives and Medical Assistants in Romania, as applicable, for issuing the event’s CME credits participation certificate.
Registration to ARCE 2022 will be done exclusively online, by filling in the registration form available below.

All registration fees include VAT 19%.
* Members are considered those participants who can prove the payment for the current year for the membership fee of any organizing society / scientific partner.
The organizing societies / scientific partners are: The Romanian Association for Endoscopic Surgery, The Romanian Society for Metabolic Surgery, The Romanian Society of Surgery, iSMIT - The international Society for Medical Innovation and Technology, The Romanian Society of Anaesthesia and Intensive Care, The Romanian Society of Minimally-Invasive Gynecologic Surgery, The Romanian Society of Paediatric Surgery, The Romanian Society of Digestive Endoscopy and The Romanian Society of Coloproctology.
** For group registrations requested by partner companies / travel agencies, the information regarding the attendance fees are specified in the promoting services offer, as well as in the services contract, documents provided by the PCO company - Ralcom Exhibitions srl.
Important notice: Considering the provisions of Law no. 95/2006, Art. 875, as well as of the Order 194/2006, Art. 4.20, medical students will not have access neither to the medical exhibition nor to the conference rooms where the satellite symposia of the companies are taking place .
The participant registration fee includes:
(1) Participation at scientific events in face-to-face format *** and online, through the v-ARCE 2022 platform
(2) Materials of the Congress: nominal badge and mini brochure with the short scientific program (for participation to the event in face-to-face format ***), Volume of Scientific Abstracts in electronic format
(3) Access to the specialized exhibition, in face-to-face format *** and online, through the v-ARCE 2022 platform
(4) Participation at Welcome Networking Dinner
(5) Free access to coffee breaks
(6) The participation document in electronic format:
- with CME credits, issued by authorized institutions (for doctors and nurses)
- without CME credits (for students)
*** In order to provide a safe environment for participants at ARCE 2022 in face-to-face format, the Organizers will comply with the conditions and limitations imposed by the national and international legal framework at the time of the event, in order to limit the spread of COVID - 19 virus (vaccine, use of protective equipment, social distancing, diminished capacity of conference rooms, etc.).
