Change / replacement of a participant

- The Organizers will charge 30 EURO (VAT included / participant, except for students, for whom there will be no charge).

- Deadline for participant’s change or replacement: 01 November 2021; after this date, no other changes / replacements will be accepted.

- The registered participant shall inform the PCO company - Ralcom Exhibitions srl on the cancellation / change / replacement by sending an e-mail at registration@arcecongres.ro.
