Participants who are on companies / agencies group lists have the obligation to personally fill in the online registration form and to express their agreement / disagreement regarding the personal data processing. If the agreement will not be offered in the registration form, the group's participants will be unable to attend the event, to receive information about v-SRCCV 2021, with the Organizers being unable to submit the necessary information to the Romanian College of Physicians | The Order of Nurses, Midwives and Medical Assistants in Romania, as applicable, for issuing the event’s CME credits participation certificate.

* S.R.C.C.V. members are considered those participants that can prove their membership is valid for the year 2021.
