Registration cancellations & refunds conditions

The cancellation and refund conditions below are valid only for individual registrations.

The general terms and conditions for cancellation / refunds for group registrations requested by partner companies / travel agencies are specified in the corporate prospectus, as well as in the services contract, documents provided by the PCO company - Ralcom Exhibitions srl.

Registration cancellation before 20 September 2021:

The Organizers, through the PCO company, will withhold from the registration fee the amount of:

- €50 (VAT included) / specialist & primary physician
- €30 (VAT included) / resident physician & nurse & family physician
- €15 (VAT included) / student

Registration cancellation starting with 21 September 2021:

There will be no refunding of the registration fees.

Registration fees refunds

The amount corresponding to the cancelled registration fees (according to the cancellation policies mentioned above) will be reimbursed by the Organizers in maximum 30 (thirty) days after the event has ended.
