JUDIT Kovács

Doctor in Anesthesia and Intensive Care, Chief of the Department of  Anesthesia and Intensive Care at the Emergency Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases and Transplantation, Senior lecturer at the University of Medicine, Pharmacy, Sciences and Technology “George Emil Palade”, Târgu Mureș, Romania.

I graduated at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Târgu Mureș in 1985, became PhD in 2009. I work in anesthesia and intensive care since 1991, in cardiac surgical anesthesia and cardiac intensive care since 1994. Interested in studying the particularities of sepsis and Multiple Organ Dysfunction Syndrome in cardiac and cardiovascular surgical patients, the effect of clinical frailty on postoperative outcomes, and in the last years in extracorporeal life support systems.
