I joined the company since the beginning.  

Currently, I am the business unit Manager of Intensive Care Division.  As a team leader of the Intensive Care Division, I think it is very important to remain open-minded and welcoming toward team members’ opinions and suggestions.

I think sharing ideas is the foundation of a team’s success. Discussing new ideas about products and marketing strategies are the key points that allow team members to see things from a different perspective.
