HORAȚIU-NICOLAE vASIAN

Dr. Horațiu-Nicolae Vasian is Assistant Professor at “Iuliu Haţieganu”  University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Cluj-Napoca and primary physician of Anesthesia - Intensive Care at the “Prof. Dr. O.O.E. Fodor” Regional Institute of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Cluj-Napoca. He is also the coordinator of SimLab Cluj-Napoca, the simulation center in AIC of the “Iuliu Haţieganu” University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Cluj-Napoca, where he conducts simulation sessions on high fidelity mannequins or basic skills with the Anesthesia - Intensive Care residents of the University Center Cluj-Napoca, from the first year until the fifth year. Other areas of interest include critical patient bronchoscopy and total intravenous anesthesia, target controlled intrusion (TIVA-TCI) technique.

He was a member of the organizing committee of numerous symposiums with national and international participation. In addition, he has organized numerous workshops at these events, some of which had as subject the simulation in Anesthesia - Intensive Care.
