Registration cancellation until 01 March 2023:

The Organizers, through the PCO, will withhold from the registration fee the amount of:
▪ 50 € (VAT included) for specialist and primary physicians
▪ 30 € (VAT included) for resident doctors & ICU nurses &  teachers, physicians from other specialities

Registration cancellation starting with 02 March 2023:

There will be no refunding of the registration fees.

Registration fee refunds

The amount corresponding to the cancelled registration fees (according to the cancellation policies mentioned above) will be reimbursed by the Organizers in maximum 30 (thirty) days after the event has ended.

Registration cancellation & refunds - terms & conditions

The cancellation and refund conditions above are valid only for individual registrations.

For group registrations requested by partner companies / travel agencies, the general terms and conditions of cancellation / refunds are specified in the promoting services offer, as well as in the services contract, documents provided by the PCO company - Ralcom Exhibitions srl.
