General terms and conditions. Cancellations

Rates are in EURO / room / night and include accommodation, breakfast, local taxes, VAT 19%.

For bookings of less than 4 nights / room, the rates increase by 15% / night.
Any changes in the legislation regarding VAT and / or other taxes may bring changes to the prices above.
In such cases, the company PCO - Ralcom Exhibitions srl will do their best that the respective changes will not significantly affect the tariffs.

Bookings

Rooms will be distributed taking into consideration the chronological order of the requests and the availability for each hotel.

Payment within 7 days of the accommodation form submission is necessary for the booking confirmation.

In case the payment has not been made, the company PCO - Ralcom Exhibitions srl will automatically cancel the reservation.

In the event that there will be no rooms available at the date of receipt of the request, the PCO company will do everything possible to provide an equivalent accommodation alternative.

Cancellations % Refunds

In the event of a request to cancel the hotel reservation received by March 31, 2023, the value of the first night's accommodation will be deducted from the amount paid, the difference to be reimbursed within a maximum of 30 days from the end of the SRATI 2023 Congress.

No cancellations will be accepted starting with 01 April 2023.

Note

The amounts paid for rooms that have been booked, but not used during the Congress, will not be reimbursed.
Any additional costs (eg minibar, telephone, photocopies, changes in the room type, etc.) will be paid directly by the participants at the hotel reception, at check out.

During the Congress, any changes regarding the reserved accommodation (room change from SGL to DBL, change of accompanying person, etc.) will be announced directly at the Participants' Registration Desk open in the lobby of Hotel Palace, Sinaia, where any necessary payments can also be made, as the case.
