Corina David

Specialist physician within the Clinical Anesthesia - Intensive Care Section 3, Fundeni Clinical Institute, Bucharest. She is currently a Ph.D. student at the “Carol Davila” University of Medicine and Pharmacy. Involved in clinical activity - anesthesia in hepatobiliopancreatic surgery, colorectal surgery and liver transplant, medical and surgical intensive care. 

Major areas of interest include the study of coagulation - the dynamics of thrombin generation capacity, viscoelastic tests - in chronic acute liver failure and acute liver failure, management of bleeding in liver transplantation, extracorporeal treatment therapies for support of patients with hepatic pathology and as bridging to liver transplantation.
