Documents of attendance for nurses

All registered participants will receive a document of attendance mentioning the number of Continuous Medical Education hours (CME) that the SRATI 2022 Congress events were credited by the Order of Medical Assistants and Nurses of Romania.

The documents for nurses mentioning the number of CME credits that the event was credited with will be released directly by the Order of Medical Assistants and Nurses of Romania after the closing of the SRATI 2022 Congress.

The documents of attendance will be sent after the closing of the event, by the Congress secretariat on the professional address filled in by the nurses on the registration form.

Face to face attendance

According to the procedure announced by the Order of Nurses, Midwives and Medical Assistants in Romania, in order to have their documents of attendance released, all nurses must be present at the Congress' scientific sessions and must fill in and sign the attendance sheet available at the Participants' Information and Registration Desk.

The attendance table and sheet must be filled in personally by the participant, with all information written legibly. Participants may fill in the attendance sheet directly at the Participants' Information and Registration Desk.

If the attendance sheet is completed before the event, the original must be brought to the Participants' Information and Registration Desk, where it will be handed to the desk staff when picking up the conference materials.

The personal identification number must be written with maximum accuracy as it is necessary when identifying the participant in the system used by the Order of Nurses, Midwives and Medical Assistants in Romania. A wrong personal identification number will make it impossible for the participant to be found in the system and be granted the certificate.

The certificates will not be issued for the participants that have not signed the attendance table and delivered the attendance sheet.

Virtual attendance

In accordance with the crediting norms of continuous medical education events, art. 11 para. (9) and (10), in order to claim CME credits, participants must participate in at least 75% of the online event program, and the credits will be awarded in proportion to the actual login time of each participant in the total online event program.
