e-Posters Guidelines

If your abstract has been accepted by the Scientific Committee as an e-Poster, the presenting author must be registered at the Congress (by completing the online registration form and paying the registration fee)

The presenting authors are kindly asked to design the electronic poster (in Romanian) according to the guidelines presented below. 

e-Poster guidelines and recommendations

- Mandatory format: PDF
- Mandatory orientation: LANDSCAPE
- Mandatory size: Width: 20 inch (50.8 cm, 1920 px), Height 11.25 inch (28.57 cm, 1080 px)
- It is recommended that you organize your content in the following sections: Introduction and objectives, Material and method, Results, Conclusions
- Recommended fonts: Arial, Calibri, Times New Roman
- Recommended title font size: 20 pt.
- Recommended content font size: 14 pt.
- Maximum accepted size: 20mb / e-Poster
- For a better visibility, it is recommended that you use bright fonts on a darker background.
- To enhance the quality of your presentation, it is recommended that you insert graphics and photos to sustain the content of your paper.

Please send your e-Poster in a .PDF format no later than 29 April 2022 by e-mail at rezumate@sraticongres.ro.

e-Poster presentation methods

1. e-Posters (.PDF) will be available throughout the event in the v-SRATI 2022 virtual platform & smartphone application, in the e-Posters Gallery section, to be viewed & downloaded by the participants.
Participants will be able to ask questions in the Discussion Forum section. Presenters will have the opportunity to answer throughout the event.

2. The presenting authors will present in front of the Evaluation Committee on Saturday, 14 May, between 15:00 - 17:30, in “George Enescu” Hall, Palace Hotel, in the dedicated discussion session.

The e-posters presentation will be presented online, via Zoom, or face-to-face, at the International Conference Centre in Sinaia.

The dedicated time for an e-Poster presentation is 10 minutes (including the discussions).
