Registration cancellations & refunds terms & conditions

The below cancellation and refund conditions are valid only for individual registrations.

For group registrations requested by partner companies / travel agencies, the general terms and conditions of cancellation / refunds are specified in the promoting services offer, as well as in the services contract, documents provided by the PCO company - Ralcom Exhibitions srl.

Registration cancellation before 30 November 2020:

The Organizers will withhold 20 EURO (VAT included) / participant from the registration fee, and 5 EURO (VAT included) / student.

Registration cancellation starting with 01 December 2020:

There will be no refunding of the registration fees.

Registration fee refunds:

The amount corresponding to the cancelled registration fees (according to the cancellation policies mentioned above) will be reimbursed by the Organizers in maximum 30 days after the event has ended.
