APOSTOLOS p. LABANARIs

 
Dr. Apostolos P. Labanaris MD PhD, is specialized in the field of Urology and particularly in robotic surgery.

After gaining multiannual (10 years) experience in well known, academic and university hospitals in Germany, as well as one of the biggest centers for robotic assisted Urologic surgery in Europe (St. Antonius Hospital Gronau, Germany) he continues his exercise of Urology at Interbalkan Medical Center, Thessaloniki, Greece, in the position of the Chief of the A’ Urologic Department.

Furthermore, he is one of the founders and currently the president of the Robotic Surgical association of North Greece. 

Dr. Labanaris has performed more than 2500 robotically cases, has won 15 awards in international congresses for his work (USA - Europe), has published 67 articles and has presented 245 abstracts of his work in international congresses (USA - Europe)
