Dr. Tudor Moisoiu is an accomplished researcher and academic with a strong focus on renal transplantation and the use of machine learning algorithms in medical diagnosis of renal transplant and uro-oncology. He holds a PhD candidacy from the "Iuliu Hațieganu" University of Medicine and Pharmacy, where his work emphasizes the use of advanced machine learning techniques for automatic diagnosis.
Dr. Moisoiu has published extensively, contributing to the understanding of renal transplant function and complications, including work on delayed graft function using contrast-enhanced ultrasound and machine learning algorithms. His exploration into urological oncology has led to significant publications, including studies on liquid biopsy using surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) for the diagnosis of bladder and kidney cancer. His work integrates innovative diagnostic techniques with clinical applications, which has implications for improving patient outcomes in renal transplant recipients and cancer patients alike.
Alongside his research, Dr. Moisoiu is an experienced educator, having served as an Assistant Professor at "Iuliu Hațieganu" University of Medicine and Pharmacy, where he mentored medical students and residents in urology and contributed to workshops on advanced surgical techniques. He has presented at numerous international conferences, showcasing his research on both renal transplantation and urological cancers.
