Registration to the ROMTRANSPLANT 2024 Congress will be done exclusively online, by filling in the registration form available below.

* Members are considered those participants who have finalized their Romtransplant Association membership registration for the current year or members of the Partner Societies (The Romanian Association of Hepato-Bilio-Pancreatic Surgery and Liver Transplantation, The Romanian Society of Cardiovascular Surgery).

The registration fee for physicians includes:
(1) Access to the event venue; (2) Badge & eco-friendly participation kit, mini-brochure with scientific program overview; (3) Access to the specialized medical exhibition; (4) Access to coffee breaks; (5) Access to the Romtransplant 2024 smartphone application; (6) Electronic participation document with EMC credits issued by authorized institutions.
The registration fee for nurses & students includes:
(1) Access to the event venue; (2) Badge & eco-friendly participation kit, mini-brochure with scientific program overview; (3) Access to the specialized medical exhibition; (4) Access to coffee breaks; (5) Access to the Romtransplant 2024 smartphone application; (6) Electronic participation document without EMC credits.
Note:
Participants who are on the companies / agencies group lists have the obligation to personally fill in the online registration form and to express their agreement / disagreement regarding the personal data processing. If agreement will not be offered in the registration form, the group participants will be unable to attend the event, to receive information about the ROMTRANSPLANT Congress, with the Organizers being unable to submit the necessary information to the authorized accreditation institutions.
