Cancellation & refunds

Registration cancellation before 31 August 2024:

The Organizers will charge from the registration fee the amount of:
* 60 Euro (VAT included) / physicians (members & non-members)
* 20 Euro (VAT included) / residents (members & non-members)

Registration cancellation starting with 01 September 2024:

There will be no refunding of the registration fees.

Registration fee refunds

The amount corresponding to the cancelled registration fees (according to the cancellation policies mentioned above) will be reimbursed by the Organizers in maximum 60 (sixty) days after the event has ended.

Registration cancellation & refunds - terms & conditions

The cancellation and refund conditions aboveare valid only for individual registrations.

For group registrations requested by partner companies / travel agencies, the general terms and conditions of cancellation / refunds are specified in the promoting services offer, as well as in the services contract, documents provided by the PCO - Ralcom Exhibitions srl.
