Participants attending the EABM 2024 may book their accommodation at the hotels reserved by the Organizers, as detailed below.

Rates are in EURO / room / night and include accommodation, breakfast, local taxes, VAT.
Any changes in the legislation regarding VAT and / or other taxes may bring changes to the prices above.
In such cases, the society PCO - Ralcom Exhibitions srl will do their best that the respective changes will not significantly affect the tariffs.

Online Booking Form
Foreign participants (outside Romania) can acccess the online accommodation form HERE.
Romanian participants can acccess the online accommodation form HERE.
This selection is necessary so that you are redirected to the online registration form with the correct currency for your region. The booking fees will be shown in EUR on both forms, but participants from Romania will make the payment in RON (at the national exchange rate on the day of payment), while participants outside of Romania will make the payment in EUR, according to current legislation.

General Terms & Conditions
Rooms will be assigned based on the order in which booking requests are received. Their distribution will depend on the availability of rooms at the hotel and the full payment for the accommodation.
If the payment has not been made in full, the Organizers will automatically cancel the reservation.
Cancellations and Refunds
If a cancellation request for the hotel reservation is received by August 15, 2024, the cost of the first night's stay will be non-refundable.
Should a cancellation request be submitted on or after August 16th, 2024, the full amount paid will be non-refundable.
