She graduated from the "Iuliu Haţieganu" University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Cluj-Napoca.
She was trained in psychiatry at the “Eduard Pamfil” Psychiatric Clinic in Timişoara, under the guidance of Prof. Mircea Lăzărescu and Assoc. Prof. Monica Ienciu.
She also had the privilege to learn from the regretted Prof. Florin Tudose, regretted Prof. Virgil Enătescu and regretted Dr. Rodica Novac.
Since 2007 she has the scientific title of doctor in the field of medicine, obtained with the doctoral thesis: "Anxiety and depressive pathology in psychiatry", under the leadership of Prof. Mircea Lăzărescu.
In 2013 she completed the post-doctoral "European standards for competitive postdoctoral training programs in the field of advanced research management and forensic psychiatric expertise" program.
Between 2014 and 2016 she followed the "Statistical Methods and Techniques in Health and Clinical Research" master's program at the Polytechnic University of Timişoara.
She participated in numerous advanced training courses and internships and was constantly present at profile scientific events.
She has been involved in projects to promote mental health and community psychiatry and she has published communications, articles and books in the field with the teams she has collaborated with.
Currently, she works as a primary psychiatrist in the polyclinic of the County Emergency Clinical Hospital "Pius Brînzeu" Timișoara, a coordinator of the Department of Liaison Psychiatry and as coordinator of the Integrated Outpatient Clinic.
