All registration fees include VAT 19%.

* Members are considered those participants who can prove the payment of R.A.P.P. membership fee for the current year.

! For the group registrations made by companies, all the information regarding the participation fees can be found in the Promotional Services Offer (Annex no. 1 to the services contract).

  2. Cancellations & refunds

Registration cancellation before 31 May 2021:
The Organizers will withhold from the registration fee the amount of:
- 80 Euro (VAT included) / doctor & psychologist
- 40 Euro (VAT included) / resident doctor & nurse & social worker
- 30 Euro (VAT included) / retired doctor
- 10 Euro (VAT included) / student

Registration cancellation starting with 01 June 2021:
There will be no refunding of the registration fees.

Registration fee refunds:
The amount corresponding to the cancelled registration fees (according to the cancellation policies mentioned above) will be reimbursed by the Organizers in maximum 30 (thirty) days after the event has ended.

  3. v-CNP 2021 Credits

The National Conference of Psychiatry 2021 is going to be credited by the R.C.P. (The Romanian College of Physicians), R.C.R. (The Romanian College of Psychologists) and O.A.MG.M.A.M.R. (The Order of Nurses, Midwives and Medical Assistants).

Starting with May 25th 2018, the European Regulation no. 679 from 2016 on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (“GDPR”) has become applicable.

We are pleased to inform you that we apply the new requirements, while respecting the provisions of the EU Regulation regarding the protection and confidentiality of personal data.

Ralcom Exhibitions srl collects and processes personal data for the sole purpose of achieving the committed services according to its object of activity.

In the context of attending a medical event, the certificate of attendance with CME points will be validated by the national / international institutions authorized for accreditation, only on the basis of the participants list submitted by the PCO company.

Depending on the regulations of each accreditation institution, the participants list must include some or all of the following: name and surname, social security number, specialty, professional / teaching degree, Unique Physician Identification Code, institution, city, login report from the virtual platform, etc. 

Furthermore, in order to send you information related to the event (access to the venue / access to the virtual platform, useful information on navigating the virtual platform, information about the program and speakers, deadlines for event registration or submission of scientific contributions, accommodation offer, etc.) and your participation to the event, data such as your e-mail address and telephone number will be required.

Refusing to provide us with personal data or to allow us to process the personal data will prevent us from properly fulfilling our obligations, which will make it impossible for us to provide you with the requested services.

You may return to your personal data processing agreement at any time and you may also request any further information related to your data by submitting a written notice to the email address: protectiadatelor@ralcom.ro.
