Octav Candel is an Assist. Dr. at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" University of Iași and an ANC accredited trainer.
His academic interests focus mainly on the fields of social psychology and couple and family psychology.
He also holds a Master's degree in Couple and Family Therapies.
In terms of scientific activity, he explored through several studies how various individual factors (attachment style, relational justification, temporal perspective, use of social media etc.) contribute to the development and maintenance of couple satisfaction.
