He was born on December 25, 1985 in Oradea. He graduated from the “Mihai Eminescu” National College in Oradea (2004), the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy in Oradea, specializing in dentistry (2010), and later in general medicine (2013). He took the residency exam in Cluj, choosing psychiatry as his specialty (2014 - 2018). During this period, he graduated with a master's degree in the Management of European Health Units.
In 2017, he became a psychiatrist. He became a doctor of medicine with a multidisciplinary paper in Neurology, Diabetology, Internal Medicine and Psychiatry (2019).
In 2018, he worked at the Medicover Hospital in Oradea (formerly Pelican), and later he worked as a liaison psychiatrist at the Oradea County Emergency Clinical Hospital. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioural Sciences – in English – at the "Titu Maiorescu" University.
He has participated in international symposia and congresses of psychiatry, cardiology, diabetes, neuroinformatics, etc. and also published articles of international visibility.
