Cancellation & refunds

Registration cancellation until 15 January 2020:

The Organizers will withhold the amount of 15 EURO (VAT included) / participant from the registration fee.

Registration cancellation between 16 January and 31 January 2020:

The Organizers will withhold the amount of 30 EURO (VAT included) / participant from the registration fee.

Registration cancellation starting with 01 February 2020:

There will be no refunding of the registration fees.

Changing/ replacing of a participant:

- The Organizers will charge a 15 € fee (included VAT) / participant.

- Deadline for participant’s change or replacement: : 01 February 2020; after this date, no other changes / replacements will be accepted.

-The registered participant/Partner Company shall inform on the cancellation / change / replacement by filling in the standard form provided by the PCO - Ralcom Exhibitions srl. The form shall be sent by e-mail, at ventilatiemecanica@atielias.ro or by fax +40-21-212 27 02.
