WOLFGANG BUHRE

Prof. Dr. med. Wolfgang Buhre is currently the new Chair of the Department of Anesthesiology at Utrecht University Medical Centre (UMCU) and was also recently appointed Professor of Anesthesiology at Utrecht University. He is an established investigator of large outcome studies and is also involved in EU-funded projects like STARS and WEAR IT4Health. His special interest is optimizing the care of high-risk surgical patients.
