Documents of participantion for physicians

All registered participants will receive a document of attendance mentioning the number of Continuous Medical Education hours (CME) that the SRATI 2019 Congress events were credited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME).

Additionally, registered physicians who have also submitted one or more abtracts selected for the scientific program will receive an official statement letter mentioning their papers, as required by the Romanian College of Physicians to calculate their professional score.

The documents of attendance and official statement letters will be available exclusively in an electronic format, in each participant's personal account created on my.ralcom.ro platform.

All participants will be able to download their documents only after logging in the personal account and filling in the evaluation form. The access data will be send by e-mail to all event attendants.

Each personal account has a unique e-mail address associated and will include the documents of the participant that has registered with that e-mail address.

The same e-mail address cannot be use to access and download the documents of more than one participant.

In accordance with Article 5, paragraph a) from Annex 1 of the STANDARD PROCEDURE of the accreditation of all forms of continuous medical education, Decision no. 1 dated 18.01.2013, which entered into effect on 27.02.2013, for the participants who will not attend the Congress, the Romanian College of Physicians decided the following: a) the presence of the participants to the entire duration of the CME program is mandatory; failure to comply with this amendment leads to the denial of the accreditation for the person who did not meet this criterion.
