• For a confirmation of the booking, the participant must pay in advance the total amount until 01 March 2019.
• If the payment has not been made in due time, Ralcom Exhibitions will automatically cancel the booking and the room(s) will be allotted to the first participant on the waiting list.
• If the payment is not made in due time, Ralcom Exhibitions will automatically cancel the booking and the payment will not be reimbursed.
• The accommodation requests received starting with 02 March 2019 will be processed taking into consideration the existing availability. After the written booking confirmation sent by Ralcom Exhibitions srl, the amount corresponding to the accommodation services will be paid entirely in 3 (three) days after the confirmation has been sent.
• NO refunds will be offered for those rooms that have been paid for, but have not been used throughout the Congress. 
• The booking of the room(s) will be confirmed in writing by Ralcom Exhibitions srl.
• If there are no available rooms at the moment your request is sent, Ralcom Exhibitions srl will do their best to offer an equivalent accommodation option.
• For any participants that extends their booking or do not pay the extra services ordered (minibar, phone bills etc.), the financial responsibility belongs entirely to the participant that has made the booking.
