- Trained Sri Lankan doctors, nurses, and students from the Maldives
- Postgraduate cardiac surgical trainees’ instructor at Manipal University
- Founder of the Lanka Clinical Perfusionist Society (2011)- Clinical tutor for RCSI students at Blackrock Clinic
- Clinical lead for cardiac surgery data for EACTS at Blackrock Clinic
