Dr. Daniela Panayotova graduated from the Medical Academy in Sofia, Bulgaria. She is a Board specialist in internal diseases and cardiology. Her main focus of interest is Echocardiography. For the last 19 years Dr. Panayotova is a staff cardiologist at the Department of Cardiac Surgery, St. Marina University Hospital. She is involved in teaching medical students, cardiology residents and young doctors.

In 1999 he obtained a specialization in Anesthesia, Intensive Care Medicine and Pain Therapy at the University of Milan.

From 2009 to today he has been responsible for the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and for the Adult Congenital Cardiac Surgery patient at the San Donato Polyclinic.

The field of work of Dr. Isgrò is mainly defined by the care of children and adults with congenital heart disease who require intensive care preoperative and postoperative support or clinical stabilization in the absence of a surgical program.

The fields of interest are represented by: neurological monitoring, mechanical assistance (ECMO) in congenital patients, cardiovascular monitoring.
