Welcome Message from the Congress President
The favourable moment for a long-awaited new meeting has come, after a long period in which the world has struggled to cope with unprecedented medical trials.
In this regard, I extend an open invitation to all colleagues in the vast field of cardiovascular pathology and surgery to participate in the online session of the 16th edition of the National Congress of the Romanian Society of Cardiovascular Surgery, which takes place between 28 and 31 October 2021.
The concept of "Heart Team" requires continuous updating with the most modern, as well as multidisciplinary diagnostic and therapeutic approaches. This event will bring together the best specialists from our country, as well as internationally renowned doctors, thus creating the opportunity for an exchange of information and experiences so necessary in our continuing medical education.
Progress can only be achieved through our active involvement in medical life, implicitly through your presence at the Congress, a wonderful occasion for new collaborations and friendships.
